Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FashionCart World, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation according to the terms mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and labels must be attached
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required
  • Product must be free from stains, damage, or odor

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment or dispatch.

  • Cancellation is allowed before courier handover
  • Cancellation after shipment may not be accepted
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded accordingly

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may vary
  • UPI, wallet, or card timelines depend on providers

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Product differs from website description

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged Or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order ID may be required
  • Product & packaging images may be required
  • Unboxing video may be requested for verification

6. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags or packaging
  • Damaged due to misuse
  • Items marked non-returnable
  • Late return requests

7. Return / Refund Rejection

FashionCart World reserves the right to reject return, refund, or exchange requests if eligibility conditions are not fulfilled.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping, COD, convenience, and handling charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

9. Payment Failure Or Duplicate Payment

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers may contact support with transaction details.
