4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days.

  • UPI and wallet timelines depend on providers
  • Public holidays may affect refund timing

5. Return & Replacement Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original invoice and packaging are required
  • Return approval is subject to quality verification
  • Replacement depends on stock availability

6. Damaged Or Wrong Product

Customers should report damaged, defective, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product images may be required
  • Packaging images may be requested
  • Unboxing video may be required for verification

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
